SHIPPING

We ship worldwide with DHL. Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time:

Europe: 2–5 business days

Worldwide: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

For orders within the European Union, duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price. For all international destinations, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the total at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. In case your parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

RETURNS

We hope you love your AIUMI pieces. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

• in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged

• with all original tags and packaging attached

• free of any marks, perfume, or alterations

To request a return, please use our Return Portal or contact our customer service at 📧 info@aiumistore.com.

Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Returns from outside the EU may be subject to customs clearance delays.

• AIUMI does not cover return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.

• We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipment. AIUMI is not responsible for lost returns.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new one through our website.
