1. How do I place an order on AIUMI STORE?

Select your desired item, choose the correct size and color, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you are ready to complete your purchase, open your cart (via the bag icon in the top right corner) and click “Proceed to Checkout.”
You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.

 

2. The item I wanted is no longer available — what can I do?

Because AIUMI pieces are produced in limited quantities, items may sell out quickly.
If a product is sold out, we invite you to keep an eye on our website and follow @aiumi.store on social media for upcoming restocks and new releases.

 

3. I haven’t received my order confirmation — is my order confirmed?

If you don’t see a confirmation email within one hour, please check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, contact Customer Care at info@aiumistore.com, and we’ll verify your order.

 

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aiumistore.com.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified but can be returned.

 

5. Where is my order shipped from?

All AIUMI orders are shipped from our European logistics center.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within the EU arrive within 2–5 business days.

 

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking link.
This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey until it reaches you.

 

7. My order hasn’t shipped yet — why?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll be notified once your order is dispatched.

1. Which payment methods can I use?

AIUMI STORE accepts the following payment methods:

2. Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes — all prices shown on AIUMI STORE include VAT for EU customers.

1. How do I return my order?

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
To start a return, contact Customer Care at info@aiumistore.com with your order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

2. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

3. Can I return multiple orders in one box?

Please send each return in its own parcel with the correct return label to avoid delays in processing your refund.

 

4. My refund is missing — what should I do?

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after we confirmed your return, please contact us at info@aiumistore.com and we’ll assist you immediately.
